علی جوانمردی با فاضل میرانی که پاسپورت های جعلی و غیرقانونی درست میکنند  و به عنوان قاچاقچی در اقلیم کردستان فعالیت می کند،  و با گروه قاچاقچی فاضل میرانی همکاری می کند. ما توانستیم با چند نفر مصاحبه کنیم  خیلی از همکاران   قاچاقچیان  در کردستان عراق را افشا کرده اندد، . کردستان عراق به ویژه حزب بارزانی دستگاه های گذرنامه خریداری کرده و از این دستگاه ها سوء استفاده کرده و افراد را به کشورهای اروپایی قاچاق می کنند. علی جوانمردی، آرام مرادی و بسیاری دیگر با محمود سنگاوی به عنوان قاچاقچی افراد در اربیل کردستان عراق کار می کنند، برخی از سرویس های اطلاعاتی ترکیه با همین گروه همکاری می کنند.
